The 1900 Census for Kennebunk lists 7 Black "servants" residing with the family of Edwin and Mary Parsons and their two very young children. Christina was one of those 7, and is listed as Black, age 39, married (for 14 yrs), POB: SC, occ: Housewife

Having been born in South Carolina in 1860, Christina may well have been enslaved at birth.
